4. Specimens of an animal species included in Appendix I bred in captivity for commercial purposes, or of a plant species included in Appendix I artificially propagated for commercial purposes, shall be deemed to be specimens of species included in Appendix II.

상업적 목적으로 감금상태에서 길러진 부속서 I에 해당하는 동물종 표본 및 상업적 목적으로 번식된 부속서 I에 해당하는 식물종 표본은 부속서 II에 해당하는 종 표본으로 취급받아야 한다.
우리나라는 부속서 I 해당 종 표본은 무조건 몰수하므로 (몰수 후 관리도 안 되면서) 7조 4항 위반 아닌지?
미국에서는 상업적 목적으로 사육된 스칼렛 마카우나 히야신스 마카우(CITES 부속서 I 해당)가 거래되는데, 우리나라에 수입 해오면 몰수 당하겠죠.
